    The base
The bottom row. Grab it (trigger or grip) and it moves with your hand. Turn your wrist left/right to turn the synth, tip it up/down to tilt the base. Both rotate around the base's bottom front edge. Sideways roll is ignored.
    Base + thumbstick
Left/right fine-tunes the tilt. Up/down pushes the synth away or pulls it closer.
    Any other row
Grab it and pull towards you or push away to fold it at its hinge. Every row above it follows. Thumbstick left/right fine-tunes the fold.
    Reach test
Touch knobs, jacks and buttons with your fingertip (put the controllers down for hand tracking) or with the front tip of a controller. They light yellow while touched and stay green once reached, with a buzz on the controller. Whatever stays grey is out of reach.
    Thumbstick click
    Clears the reach marks.
    A / X
Snaps the fold of the row you're pointing at to the nearest 5°. On the base it also squares up the turn.
    B / Y
Sit where you'll sit, look straight ahead, press. The synth is placed relative to your head again.
    Label
Row number, size, how far it leans back from vertical, and the height of its centre above the floor.
